Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager at Branksforte Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing impactful content and social media strategies to elevate the company’s brand presence and drive business growth. Your responsibilities include:
· Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement a robust content marketing strategy and editorial plan aligned with business objectives.
· Planning, developing, and executing high-performing content marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, audience engagement, lead generation, sales conversions, and customer retention.
· Managing and maintaining a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across multiple platforms.
· Creating and curating compelling and diverse content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, infographics, videos, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
· Strategizing, designing, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to maximize reach and ROI.
· Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates to achieve campaign objectives.
· Managing and fostering relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors.
· Ensuring consistent brand messaging, voice, style, and tone across all communication channels and platforms.
· Staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into campaigns.
· Testing and optimizing organic and paid marketing strategies to improve conversion rates, boost engagement, and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
· Analyzing campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights to improve future content strategies and digital marketing plans.
Skills and Qualifications
· Content Creation Expertise: Ability to produce engaging, platform-specific content (written, visual, and video) tailored to diverse audiences.
· Social Media Advertising Skills: Hands-on experience in creating, launching, and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
· Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms to track and optimize performance.
· Technical Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
· Strategic Planning: Ability to align social media and content strategies with business objectives and KPIs.
· Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
· Creativity and Innovation: A passion for brainstorming and executing out-of-the-box ideas that resonate with target audiences.

Experience Requirements/Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media
Business Administration or related fields
Certifications in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields (e.g., Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification) will be an added advantage
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Marketing
· Proven experience in planning and executing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
· Demonstrated success in managing social media budgets and delivering measurable results.
