Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Content/Community Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of content and community engagement strategies across our digital platforms. In this role, you will shape our brand’s digital voice, grow our online presence, and foster strong relationships with our diverse audiences — from government stakeholders and enterprise clients to end users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives that resonate across touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to government, enterprise, and consumer audiences.
  • Identify key messaging that highlights our expertise in biometrics, digital transformation, and identity-focused products.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns that creatively communicate our solutions to different levels of government across Africa and to large enterprise organizations.
  • Content Creation & Distribution:
  • Produce engaging, high-quality content (posts, infographics, videos, articles) that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and design) to ensure content aligns with product messaging and overall brand strategy.
  • Utilize analytics and insights to refine targeting and improve content performance.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy:
  • Engage with government officials, enterprise leaders, and community members across social platforms to bolster brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to adjust tactics and maintain industry relevance.
  • Drive conversations that elevate our brand as a thought leader in the digital transformation and identity space.
  • Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and future initiatives.
  • Innovation & Trend Adoption:
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially related to government communication, digital transformation, and technology adoption.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats and advertising techniques to enhance audience engagement.
  • Leverage emerging platforms and technologies to extend our reach.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing social media platforms in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies aimed at government entities, enterprise organizations, and consumer markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that communicates complex technological solutions and digital transformation narratives.
  • Technical & Creative Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent creative skills with a portfolio that showcases engaging, diverse content.
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, particularly for government and large enterprise segments.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into relatable messaging for varied audiences.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate creative strategies to senior management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the technology, identity, or digital transformation sectors.
  • Prior experience in creating content for government agencies or large multinational corporations.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital media trends and platforms.
