Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and support decision-making through insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to implement business changes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
Data & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key business KPIs.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Process Improvement & Implementation:
- Recommend process automation and optimization strategies to increase efficiency.
- Work with development teams to support the design and implementation of software solutions that align with business needs.
- Ensure proper testing and validation of new processes or system updates before full deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users on new processes and systems.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with business process modeling, requirement gathering, and workflow analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or BI software.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Background in finance, operations, or technology-driven industries.
